To help build your account please have the following ready
Your Property list
Addresses, including postcodes, of all your managed properties in either word or excel format.
Your Preferred Contractors
Your list of any preferred contractors and their contact details (please make them aware we may be in touch).
Your standard Procedures
Any standard operating procedures you would like PropCall to adhere to (your account manager will provide our SOPs which you can amend).
Once we’ve spoken to you, we’ll have your account live asap
Once you have spoken with your account manager we can look to have the account 'live' within 5 working days, but your help in providing the above in a timely manner, will help to facilitate this.
