PropCall Appointed to Fusion21’s £350 Million Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework

PropCall has been appointed to the Fusion21 national framework supporting social housing and public sector organisations.

As a leading provider of specialist property management call handling and remote support services, we have successfully secured a place on Fusion21's £350 million Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework.

The appointment follows a competitive tender process and marks a significant milestone for PropCall, creating new opportunities to support housing associations and public sector organisations across the UK.

Running from 2026 to 2030, the framework has been developed to provide Fusion21 members with access to specialist suppliers, helping organisations improve operational efficiency and deliver high-quality property maintenance and support services.

PropCall provides 24/7 out-of-hours emergency call handling, daytime telephone answering and comprehensive remote property management support. Its experienced team of UK-based property managers handles resident enquiries, assesses maintenance issues, coordinates contractors and uses remote video assistance to help reduce unnecessary emergency call-outs.

The company already supports more than 400 clients nationwide, including housing associations, local authorities, letting agents, block management companies and facilities management providers.

Aaron McWilliam, CEO of PropCall, commented:

"We're delighted to have secured a place on the Fusion21 framework. This is an important achievement for PropCall and reflects the hard work of our team and the specialist service we've developed.

"Having already established strong relationships across the social housing and wider property management sectors, this appointment provides an exciting opportunity to support more organisations with cost-effective, reliable call handling and property management solutions.

"Our focus has always been on helping clients reduce operational pressures, improve the resident experience and ensure that maintenance issues are handled efficiently. We look forward to building on this through the opportunities the framework presents."

The appointment reinforces PropCall's continued growth within the social housing sector and its commitment to helping organisations deliver responsive, efficient and resident-focused property management services.
